I hope the packaging can be improved because when I receive my delivery, the first bag I open is fresh and darker in color. When I get to the second bag, I notice that the food is drier, harder, and lighter in color. Also, I know this may be inevitable but there are always so many small dust and crumb like pieces in the bag. It always feels like such a waste to get rid of them since my dog wont touch it!

Sometimes the product arrives in crumbs. Other times it arrives I damaged. Youeed better packaging.

Consistency needs to be better. One month the morsels are drier, next month their chewier, next month the food's color is different. Just wish it would be consistent.

Improved UI, food sizing options, more flavors, promos/referrals

Can’t think of any improvements at this time. I’m just happy I have found some dry food she will eat. No more wasted money on kibble she won’t try!

more variety. chicken. sometimes too many crumbs.

Make it less expensive. Some of us seniors just can't afford it even tho it is terrific.

Deducted one star as it took months to get my first order and food is on the pricey side

Clearer shipping and serving sizes.

Sundays would be better for me, fur mom, if it’s a little more economical. Also, it would be nice if the amount of food I have to give her is included in each box, coz I forget sometimes 😊

It’s great just the way it is, from the formula, small batches, price point and delivery system.

Shipping issues were ridiculously delayed for awhile but it seems to be more under control now. The price is VERY steep. We have a dog that weighs over 100 lbs so feeding him costs hundreds of dollars a month. We are adopting a second dog soon so we probably wont be able to afford to feed them both Sundays. I wish there was a better discount for buying in bulk with repeat delivery.

Shipping is slow/unreliable.

Offer a grain free beef option. Lower price point, I like the packaging, newsletter, stickers, games. Its honestly really cute and I like that a lot of thought went into it but I would be willing to have less cool packaging if the price could be lower.

You provided a scoop for each pet's meal amounts or alternatively the gram weight.

You could get orders hipped in a quicker way.

More flavor variety

Sundays would be better if: the food was more consistent from batch to batch (not too hard and not too soft); there wasn't so much food "dust" or crumbled pieces in the bags; the calories were listed per ounce on the bags (I do not use recommended feeding guides, instead, I measure each serving by the ounce because I supplement with other healthy ingredients and it's hard to calculate Sundays calorie content by the ounce); the shipments went out on the day requested instead of seven or eight days later; and I could remove specific pet profiles from my account.

I feel like the amount you have me feeding colt isn’t enough because he is hungry so I have had to up the amount of food I am feeding him. I did have a question though, I order 2 72 oz packages to be delivered every month and have been getting 4 packages. This ended up being how much I need but I wanted to make sure this is correct?

There was less powder in bag

If it wouldn't get to us in crumbs. I guess because of the distance of shipping across country, the package gets sloshed around, and about 1/2 of ends up like a powder :-( We use it as a supplement so it's Ok, but would prefer it not arrive in that condition.

I am looking forward to when the chicken protein is available!

I think it would be better if it didn’t break up so easy. By the time I get half through the bag, it is all broke up into tiny pieces.

I would love to see a couple different flavors if possible.

I think some kind of packing with the food would help it stay together better. There is a lot of small crumbs due to this. I have to mix it with other food so he can eat it without choking.

Why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.....if I only feed Sundays my dogs get crazy constipated and I wish it had a little more moisture.

The only negative is the waste at the bottom of the bag. I’m always left with almost 2 cups of too small pieces or powder. I’m not sure if this is part of the weight I pay for; but it is kind of a bummer throwing it out.

My only complaint is processing. And shipping. I don’t get it when requested. At least a week later. I just ordered a bag ahead. So we don’t run out

Not sure at this point unless the price point could be lower ....
